Program Registration Terms

  • Note that your enrolment cannot be confirmed until all paperwork, asked to submit at the time of registration is received and processed. 

  • 100% advance payment to be made in order to confirm your admission.

  • Payment for course registration to be made at least 5 days prior to course commencement. 

  • For high demand courses, payment may be requested earlier to secure your place for the course. 

  • Texvyn Technologies reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter the dates and/or times of any course.

  • Texvyn Technologies reserve the right to alter or change the course syllabus without any prior notice.

  • Participant agrees that all the course session and any related material supplied by the Texvyn Technologies are copyright, remain the property of the Texvyn Technologies and might constitute a breach of the Copyright Act in case of unauthorized use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Texvyn Technologies reserve the right to cancel or terminate any enrolment with immediate notice, if applicant found violating Texvyn rules & regulation or in case of any violent, indecent, threatening or offensive behavior against anyone (staff, students and mentors) in the institute or during virtual sessions.

  • Candidates admission are subject to cancellation if he/she remains absent for classroom or online session for more than 5 days without any prior notice.

General Terms

  • Due to circumstances beyond Texvyn’s control, training timings may change or postpone, schedule may alter or extend.

  • Enrolment fees once paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

  • Once registration is cancelled by either Texvyn or applicant, all the fee deposited to the institute will become null and void.

  • Registered candidate under specific circumstances may postpone his or her session max for 3 months.

  • Texvyn Technologies will not be responsible for any level of dispute between faculty & participant.
